Extraordinary Opportunities for Residents to Get Hands-on Experience in Palliative Care

Life Quality Institute facilitates two Palliative Medicine Electives. Each elective is a month-long rotation that includes sessions on pain management, non-symptom pain management, and hands-on palliative medicine experience.

The first elective is an Inpatient Palliative Care Consultation rotation at Exempla St. Joseph Hospital. This rotation is a collaboration between Kaiser Permanente and the Exempla Hospital System. Click to view the syllabus
